Design-Driven Strategy
The strategy uses a GetToKnow approach across the many relationships in the SCA Baby Care atmosphere. It drives business decisions through the theme of connecting and getting to know each other. This human-centered strategy was designed to embrace four key areas: (1) for SCA to continue to see the needs of their customers, (2) for encouraging personal growth in individuals, (3) for aiding parents and babies both to understand their own bodies and the world around them, and (4) the developing relationships between the employees within the SCA organization.
