*CHALLENGE:
“How can a grocery store that thrives on its friendly and knowledgeable staff translate these values in a digital future, and design a satisfying customer experience that adds value to the brick and mortar shop?” *
Using Future Partners’ six steps: Be Bold, Get Out, Think Wrong, Make Stuff, Bet Small, Move fast, we had 48 hours to work on the challenge. My team ‘No Frankenstein’ consisted Lindsay Tingstrom, Hui Shen and myself and we pushed ourselves throughout these two days. Our team especially came together through the use of immersive exploring and prototyping, This included shopping with green hands and prototyping the real-time video audio experience of enabling human contact experience while shopping remotely.
